Sri Lankan Customer Visits Our Factory to Explore Customized Ice Cream Spoon Production Line

Recently, our company was honored to welcome an important customer from Sri Lanka to visit our manufacturing facility for an in-depth inspection of our disposable wooden cutlery production solutions. The customer specializes in eco-friendly disposable cutlery and has shown strong interest in developing a customized wooden ice cream spoon production line for their local market.

Prior to the visit, both parties had maintained close communication through multiple online meetings and technical discussions. After gaining a deeper understanding of our production technology, automation solutions, and project experience in disposable wooden tableware manufacturing, the customer decided to travel all the way from Sri Lanka to our factory for a face-to-face visit and further cooperation discussion.

During the factory tour, our engineering team introduced the complete manufacturing process of wooden ice cream spoons, including raw material feeding, forming, hot pressing, polishing, sorting, and packaging. The customer carefully inspected the operation of our automatic production equipment and expressed high recognition of our machine stability, production efficiency, and customization capability.

The customer was especially impressed by our ability to provide flexible customization services according to different product sizes, production capacities, and factory layouts. Both sides also discussed future cooperation plans, including customized machine configurations, production line optimization, and long-term technical support.
